If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us at dlippydesigns@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of your concern, and any relevant photos or documentation.


What Qualifies for Review

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Incorrect Items
    If you received the wrong item, contact us promptly with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Product Quality Concerns
    If you believe the product does not meet expected quality standards, provide detailed feedback and supporting images if applicable.


Resolution Process

    Your submission will be carefully reviewed along with your supporting details.

  2. Resolution Options
    Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

  3. Follow-Up
    Communication back to you will be held in a timely manner. If additional information is required, we will reach out during the review.


Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Items
    All custom orders and certain items may not be eligible for refund or replacement. This will be noted clearly during checkout.

  • Return Shipping CostsIn cases where a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Misuse or Damage
    Cases involving misuse, accidental damage, or intentional harm may not be eligible for compensation.
