Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days depending on the order size (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please understand order processing times and shipping times are separate.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  If shipping delays are due to the carrier, we do not have any control over their issues causing the delays.  Please contact the carrier directly.

D-Lippy Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $35 within 15 miles of Zip Code 95377. For orders under $35, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dlippydesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
